Walk & Talk Therapy for Men in Kelowna
Step outside. Talk differently.
Therapy doesn’t have to happen across a couch.
Walk & Talk Therapy offers a more natural way for men to open up—side by side, moving, without the pressure of being face-to-face. Conversations tend to flow easier. There’s less intensity, more space.
If traditional therapy hasn’t felt like the right fit, this might.
A different way to do therapy
For many men, sitting in a room and being expected to talk right away can feel forced.
Out here, it’s different.
We walk at your pace. We pause when needed. You don’t have to force anything. The movement helps take the edge off, and the conversation builds naturally over time.
What is Walk & Talk Therapy?
It’s counselling—just not in an office.
Sessions take place on quiet trails and outdoor spaces around Kelowna. We walk, talk, and work through what’s going on in a way that feels more grounded and real.
You don’t need to be in shape. This isn’t about fitness—it’s about creating the right environment for you to think clearly and speak honestly.

What to expect
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place in quiet outdoor locations around Kelowna. Exact location will be confirmed by you and I. I’ve found the trails at Knox Mountain and the Mission Creek Greenway to offer great experiences for Walk & Talk Therapy.
We’ll choose a spot that feels comfortable and private. We can walk, sit, or pause at any point—there’s no rigid structure.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can reschedule or shift to a virtual or in-office session.
